Manisha is a culinary expert, chef, author, cookery consultant, winner of many cooking contests and promoter of Chef’s Studio, her Epicurean Cookery Studio.
Herself trained by chefs from luxury hotels and other culinary experts, Manisha has the skills and experience to take on the delightful challenge of teaching to cook food from all over the world. Quite recently she was the winner of Big Bazaar Kitchen Superstar 2018, First Runner up of Rasoi Queen Season 1 and was rewarded as Grahlaxmi of the Month. She had a good exposure at Radisson Hotel and featured in many programs of Food-Food channel. She is often invited by organizations and clubs to give ‘demonstrations’ for which she has earned much repute.
She runs a Comprehensive list of courses at her studio: Bakery, Confectionery, Mughlai, Snacks, Chinese Thai, Mexican, Soups and Salads, Mocktails, Sizzlers, Sandwiches and Burgers, Continental, Desserts, Chaat, Breads & Puffs, Indian Sweets, Ice Creams, Chocolate, Cookies, among others. Her creative mix of preparations and their recipes have been carefully complied over the years, many of them sourced from their authentic origins. Her expertise lies in multi-cuisine vegetarian cooking.
Manisha has set up her studio in NOIDA, NCR to teach and inspire young aspirants to discover the pure joy of cooking. Her practical, fun and informal approach makes the learning process simple and enjoyable and has helped create many experts along the way.
